Steps to get house plans approved (send all of these first via email to the ACC):
1. Set of plans with elevations
2. Plot plan showing all setbacks
3. Landscaping plan
4. Building List/Info Needed PDF link to information needed.
Before plans can be reviewed the following fees must be paid: (Review fee and fine if ANY work is done before plans are approved. This fine is in addition to the review fee.) Fine is 200% of the cost to review. PLUS the review cost. No exceptions. NOTHING CAN BE DONE PRIOR TO HOA APPROVAL. Even if you don’t have landscaping plans done in the beginning, payment is due when sending in the house review payment.
1. Review of House Plans = $2500. 100% more if a builder that is not on our approved list.
2. Review of landscaping plans = $1500
3. Review of driveway plans = $100
4. Review of Additions, Remodeling, Screened Porch plans, etc. = $1000
5. Review of changes to house siding or decking = $200
6. Review of house re-staining/painting = $200
Community Mailbox setup is $300 and payable to the HOA. This is for the individual boxes at the clubhouse.
Paperwork for banks/title companies:
Banks and title companies may need the HOA to fill in forms. The fees are as follows and are paid in advance BEFORE the HOA does the work:
1. Checking to determine whether dues are up to date: $200
2. Questionnaires: $200-300 first page. $100-200 each additional page.
3. Sending HOA insurance docs: $500
