Roughed in construction driveway

Finish inclusions
HVAC: one zone forced air/AC
4” drilled well

Concrete under standard deck, approach at garage, sidewalk to house
Driveway: asphalt (up to 1200 sq ft). Average width driveway.  Adding a turnaround or anything else will add to the total even if it is under the 1200 sq ft.

Edging and mulch around house.  (beach wall at owner’s expense direct with landscaper)
Gutters (no leaf guard)

Plumbing:
Baths are fiberglass tub/shower units (No shower doors).
