- The build is done in two phases:
- Foundation and shell through us directly.
- Finish and subcontractor work through a builder we work with.

Yes, you can make changes. However, you cannot modify the footprint of the home.
Do I have access to Castle Rock Lake?
Sunset Lake is close to Castle Rock and a public boat launch.
